Custom homes
New houses on lots you already own, from the first site walk to the last light fitting. We work with four Charleston architects we trust or with yours, price the drawings honestly, and put the schedule in the contract. Fourteen to twenty months; most of our houses are between $1.8m and $5m.
Renovations and additions
Whole-house renovations of the single houses and lowcountry cottages this city is made of, including the historic review that comes with them. We have been through the Board of Architectural Review forty-one times and lost twice.
Concierge
After you move in, one person keeps looking after the house: the annual inspection, the storm shutters in June, the contractor who shows up when a pump fails on a Sunday. Included for two years, then optional.
Special projects
Pool houses, docks, guest cottages and the occasional commercial fit-out for a client we already know. Ask.
